1. Return & Refund Policy (14 days – customer-friendly but protective)

At FLOCK FLAIR we want you to love your purchase. You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Accessories (earrings, bracelets, necklaces, shoes, handbags) and jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale, bundle, or clearance items are final sale (no returns).
  • Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at [your email] within 14 days with your order number and photos.
  2. We will provide a return shipping label (international customers pay return shipping).
  3. Ship back within 7 days of approval.

Refunds

  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 5 –10 business days after we receive the item.
  • For Koko or Mintpay orders: refund processed only after funds are cleared (may take up to 15 extra days).
  • We do not offer cash refunds on gift cards or store credit — only store credit issued.

Exchanges Available for size/color issues only (same price item). Exchange fee: LKR 2,000 (covers shipping).

Non-returnable reasons Wrong size chosen by customer, change of mind after 14 days, damaged by customer, or international customs delay.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet conditions.
